At the end of your 90 days trial period your credit card will be debited a recurring monthly membership fee, (Non Refundable) for the duration of your membership. The Global Enterprise Network Corp. requires that you have your credit card information on file, as we need to validate the credit worthiness of it's potential members. Removal from the system is contingent upon the payment of membership fee's and your ability to be a responsible member,

The Global Enterprise Network has the right to remove from it's system and data base any person that violates the rules of the Global Enterprise Network Corp. or infringes upon the rights of any of it members, or third party affiliates.

We are not responsible for any third party's programs that you implement in setting up your business, nor or we held liable for any programs that are found threw our system.

Some programs that you click on will open up in in another window and  take you out side of our structural system, and are not affiliated with the Global Enterprise Network Corp. you must take into consideration those scenarios.

Due to the lengthy trial period, The Global Enterprise Network corp. has allowed its members to set up and structure a business model, in the event that the member ship dues are not paid for a subsequent month with in 1 week you will be removed from the system, re-entry would be at ground zero, meaning that you will give up your rights to any and all pay outs, perks, and incentives having been in view. Your closest downline associate will move into that position and resume the role created by your negligence or incidental situation. You will lose all incoming downline signees, that continues to be a member, The harshness of this rule is centered around the fact that all things created equal must be retracted if you can't conform.

Payment of commissions and bonuses. User agrees to not hold Global Enterprise Network responsible for sponsees and other Members who sign up but do not pay their membership fees. Affiliates are paid ONLY on Member dues that are paid up front by other members with regard to all bonuses and commissions. User is not paid based on how many Members the User and other Members bring in, rather on the actual money that is brought in either directly or indirectly by that User through  Membership.

We do not feel it's necessary to prosecute any one through the judicial system, to be removed
from this opportunistic system is punishment enough, however should it become necessary to do so all proceedings will be governed by the state of Texas.  You will be responsible for attorney fee's and any and all cost associated with any claims.

You will retain all your affiliate association as well as any other business ventures that have established while in our system, your web site(s) will have to be converted over to another host
or you will still have to pay hosting fees and any related fees to your business associates.

PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ADVERTISERS, AND THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, GLOBAL ENTERPRISE NETWORK CORP. PARTIES"), AND HOLD THEM EACH HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR DEMANDS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.

In the case of your untimely demise, your business dealings with us can be passed down to a family member, the same rules apply membership fees must be kept current, stipulations should be put in place, and your heirs made aware of our existence.
